What kinds of services do you offer?

We offer planning, coordination and styling services, focusing primarily on weddings.

We also offer additional planning services for celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers, christenings and graduation parties, upon request.

What to expect at the introductory meeting with you?

Our initial meeting is always completely free of charge and with no strings attached. We’ll meet for a virtual coffee or in person to discuss your ideas, your vision and how we can provide assistance. We’ll then get back to you with a tailor-made proposal and a quote personalised to your needs.

How far in advance of our wedding/event should we reserve your services?

As we only accept a limited number of weddings per season so that we can give every couple our undivided attention, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance.

Could you assist me with my wedding?

Of course, we have a certified wedding planner and offer a number of wedding packages, which we then tailor to your individual needs and requests.

Our duo consists of one wedding coordinator and one assistant coordinator, who also takes behind-the-scenes photos and video footage – the perfect complement to your wedding photographer.

It's what we call "capture the moment". 

What exactly does a wedding planner do on the actual wedding day?

On your wedding day, we’ll be your behind-the-scenes support. We’ll manage the logistics, finalise the running order with the toastmasters, coordinate the vendors (for example the photographer, caterers, florist) and sort out any unforeseen issues before you even notice them.

Our aim is for you and your families to simply be the guests of honour and enjoy every second.

Can I rent decorations from you?

Yes! We offer a carefully selected range of stylish tents, furniture, tablecloths, chair covers and decorations.

You can choose to rent individual items or complete décor packages. We invite you to explore our full range under the ‘Rental’ tab.

How much distance can you travel to serve customers?

We are based in Dalarna, but we create memorable celebrations all over Sweden.

Certain distance restrictions apply to the hire of heavier equipment, but when it comes to coordination and overall planning, we’re happy to travel to wherever your dream day is taking place.

What is the process for the delivery and pickup of rented items?

You can choose either to collect and return the hire items yourself from our warehouse, or to book our delivery service.

The delivery service involves us delivering all the equipment directly to your venue and collecting it at the end of the event at the agreed time.

For how long can we rent the items (rental period)?

Our standard rental period is usually for a weekend (Friday–Sunday) or the equivalent of two days.

If you require a longer rental period, we will of course tailor a solution to your needs.

We also offer daily rentals where required.

How are your customer agreements signed?

We use digital signing with advanced electronic signatures (AES) in accordance with eIDAS.

Identification is carried out via approved eID solutions such as the Swedish BankID, which ensures the unique identification of the signatory and meets the requirements of the relevant EU legislation.

Can I split the payment?

Yes, absolutely. It’s important to us that the process feels secure and straightforward for you. When we sign the contract, a booking fee of 20% is paid to secure your date in our calendar.

The remaining amount is then split into a series of instalments throughout the planning process, based on what suits you best. Your only requirement is that the final instalment is completed before the day of the celebration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a secure invoicing and payment service. Once the contract has been signed, an invoice for the booking fee will be sent electronically, and the remaining amount will then be paid in instalments according to the payment plan we agree upon.

How do you process my personal data?

What is the estimated pricing for your services?

We believe in tailor-made solutions rather than ready-made templates. The price of our services depends on the size and complexity of the event – for example, the number of guests, the number of vendors, logistics, and unique concepts and decorative details that require extra research and preparation.

To give you the fairest and most transparent picture possible, we draw up a personalised quote after we’ve discussed your dream wedding or celebration. By not working with fixed standard prices, we ensure that you receive a solution that is fully tailored to your vision, and that you only pay for the work that your celebration actually requires.
